The ADG619BRTZ is a monolithic, CMOS SPDT (single pole, double throw) switch. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on. The ADG619BRTZ offers low On-Resistance of 4 Ω, which is matched to within 0.7 Ω between channels. The switch also provides low power dissipation yet give high switching speeds. The ADG619BRTZ exhibits break-before-make switching action, thus preventing momentary shorting when switching channels.
