Product Summary
The LM311MX is a monolithic, low input current voltage comparator. The device is also designed to operate from dual or single supply voltage. The LM311MX series include LM311N and LM311MX, both of them are operated at the condition of 0 ~ +70℃. The package of LM311N is 8-DIP. The package of LM311MX is 8-SOP. The LM311MX is voltage comparators that have input currents nearly a thousand times lower than devices like the LM106 or LM710. The device is also designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages: from standard -5V op amp supplies down to the single 5V supply used for IC logic.
